KS3 trip to Oxford

Fourteen Year 7 and 8 students were chosen to take part in a KS3 multi-learning day at Oxford University on Friday 3rd May. After a very early start and a long journey, they arrived at St Peter's College, Oxford University where they were then given a tour of the college.

"The best thing about the trip was the college tour – seeing where students live and work."

Students then took part in a language workshop with students from another school.
"The best thing about this trip was working with people I don't normally work with."

They also engaged in a 'Big Question' workshop which they found both challenging and interesting.
"It was interesting to hear everyone's opinion and way of tackling big questions like that"
"It was interesting to discuss whether you should you treat a robot equally?"
