On Wednesday 12th October the year 9 Diploma was officially launched. The girls had a special assembly to mark the occasion, Ms Clarke the Headteacher spoke to the girls about the importance of the Diploma and what it would mean to them if they were to successfully graduate on Friday July 7th 2017.
The girls were also spoken to by 3 successful graduates from the Class of 2016, Lauren Burke, Emily Slade and Rosie Black, they gave the girls some useful tips about how to become a successful graduate and the importance of rising to the challenges of the Diploma. Ms Strefford Year 9 Progress manager spoke to the girls about how they gain their Diploma credits and Ms Lunney Director of Learning and Mrs Grant Deputy Head teacher spoke to the girls about how becoming Powerful Learners would help them be successful graduates and successful on their journey to success.
